1. Description of Service

Anchor Daily is a mobile application providing daily Scripture-based devotionals, a private prayer journal, and personalised content for Christians. The app is available on a freemium basis with a 14-day free trial of premium features.

2. User Accounts

You may use Anchor Daily without an account, but creating an account is required to save journal entries and sync across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Anchor Daily offers a 14-day free trial of premium features. No payment is required during the trial.
• After the trial, premium access requires a paid subscription (monthly or yearly).
• Subscriptions are billed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and are subject to their respective terms.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store or Google Play settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's refund policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the app.
• Use the app to distribute spam or harmful content.

5. Content

All devotional content in Anchor Daily is original and Scripture-based. We make no claim that this content constitutes professional spiritual direction, counselling, or therapy. It is intended for personal reflection and encouragement.

6. Journal Entries

Your journal entries are private and belong to you. We do not read, share, or use your journal content for any purpose other than displaying it to you in the app.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Anchor Daily is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or free from errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
